Terms and Conditions of 45kk – Usage Rules

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by 45kk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each promotion published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 45kk's services. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 45kk, including use of the Sports Betting platform, live casino, slots, payment services, promotions, and customer support. To create an account and use 45kk's services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Not be subject to any active self-exclusion measure at 45kk or any other regulated platform.
• Not be an employee, service provider, immediate family member of an employee, or anyone with privileged access to 45kk's operational information.
• Not to act on behalf of third parties when placing bets or conducting financial transactions on the platform.

45kk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts created by users who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed, and any existing balances may be voided following a review, particularly where there is evidence of fraud or abuse.

Each user may have only one active account on 45kk. Creating more than one account under the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any active bonuses.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — confidential. 45kk will never ask for your password through any support channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

The information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. 45kk may request verification of account details before processing withdrawals or enabling certain features. False or outdated information may result in a temporary or permanent account block.

To complete the identity verification (KYC) process, 45kk may request:

• Copy of an official government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport).
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

The verification process does not restrict use of the platform for betting, but may be required before withdrawals above certain amounts.

45kk accepts deposits exclusively via Brazilian payment methods. Available methods include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard), debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit at 45kk via Pix is R$ 20.00. Boleto deposits have a minimum of R$ 30.00. Credit card deposits are subject to the card issuer's limits. 45kk charges no deposit fees — the full deposited amount is credited to the user's account.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. Deposits from third parties, cash deposits, or any payment method not listed above are not accepted. Deposits identified as originating from suspicious sources or unlawful activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation.

Pix deposits are credited instantly. Boleto bancário may take up to 3 business days to clear. Credit card deposits are generally approved within minutes, though timing may vary by issuing bank.

Withdrawals at 45kk are available to verified accounts and may be requested at any time, provided there is no pending bonus rollover on the balance to be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes in most cases, including weekends and holidays. TED transfers follow standard banking hours — requests submitted by 4:00 PM on business days are credited the same day. Credit card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on the issuing bank. 45kk charges no withdrawal fees.

The withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit, or a method held under the same name. 45kk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing the first withdrawal, or withdrawals above certain amounts, identity verification may be required as described in section 3.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions, 45kk may hold withdrawals for up to 30 days for investigation. The user will be notified of any hold and will have the opportunity to provide clarifications to support.

All bets placed on 45kk are final once confirmed by the user. It is not possible to cancel or change a bet after the event or match has started, except for live bets where the Cash Out feature is available.

Odds published on 45kk may be adjusted before matches begin. 45kk reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust outcomes in the following cases:

• Obvious odds errors (odds published by technical error at a value clearly outside the market).
• Events that are cancelled, postponed, or ended before the scheduled regulation time.
• Evidence of match-fixing or irregularities in the event.
• Technical failure affecting the integrity of the betting market.

Bets on events cancelled or postponed by more than 72 hours from the original schedule are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance as real balance, with no additional rollover.

Live bets are available for major matches in the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, UFC, and other events covered by 45kk. Live odds are updated in real time and may be briefly suspended during critical moments of a match (goals, red cards, injuries).

The Live Casino and slots games available on 45kk are provided by internationally licensed and audited partners. The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is available in the game description within the platform. Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers with high-definition live streaming.

45kk does not manipulate casino or slots results — all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by the actual results of the streamed rounds. Any suspected irregularity should be reported to support with screenshots and the game session ID.

Crash games available on 45kk — such as Aviator, Fortune Tiger, and others — follow the same general betting rules: the staked amount is deducted at the start of the round and the outcome is determined by the game provider's system, independently audited. Bets in crash games cannot be cancelled once the round has begun.

All 45kk promotions and bonuses are subject to specific terms published in the Promotions section of the platform. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• The bonus must be activated before the qualifying deposit — it cannot be applied retroactively.
• Each bonus has a minimum rollover that must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover.
• Slots contribute 50% toward the rollover; Sports Betting and Live Casino contribute 100%, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• The rollover period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account.
• Bonuses that expire before the rollover is completed are automatically cancelled with no refund.

45kk reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion — without prior notice and without any obligation to compensate — in cases of suspected abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, betting on all outcomes of the same event across different accounts, or any other pattern identified as artificial exploitation of promotions.

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is valid for the first deposit only, subject to a 10x rollover within 30 days. The 50% weekly reload bonus up to R$ 200.00 is available once per week for active users who make a deposit Monday through Thursday, with an 8x rollover within 7 days. All other promotions have individual terms described in their respective details on the platform.

Strictly prohibited on 45kk the following conduct, regardless of the user's intent:

• Creating more than one account on the same platform by any means.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that places bets automatically without real human interaction.
• Exploitation of odds technical errors — bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error.
• Betting on all possible outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of the result (abusive arbitrage).
• Deposits made via credit cards or third-party payment methods.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or uses 45kk to process funds of illicit origin.
• Any attempt to manipulate or bribe 45kk employees, dealers, or representatives.
• Use of the platform for commercial purposes, including reselling odds or market information.
• Denial-of-service attacks, attempts to breach the system, or any action that compromises platform security.

Any confirmed prohibited conduct will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities. 45kk cooperates fully with investigations into fraud, money laundering, and financial crimes.

Users may request the closure of their 45kk account at any time through customer support. Prior to closure, any pending real-balance withdrawals may be requested as normal. Bonus balances are cancelled at the time of closure.

45kk may unilaterally close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Duplicate accounts or registration with false information.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity of more than 24 months with no deposits or bets placed.

In cases of closure due to inactivity, the user will be notified by email 30 days in advance and will have the opportunity to reactivate the account by making a deposit or placing a bet. Remaining balances in accounts closed for terms violations may be held pending investigation.

45kk collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The information collected is used exclusively for account operation, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

45kk does not sell or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing may only occur in the following situations: payment processors required to complete transactions, competent authorities pursuant to a court or administrative order, and regulatory compliance audits.

Users have the following rights regarding their data at 45kk:

• Access to stored personal information.
• Correction of incorrect or outdated information.

45kk believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. That's why responsible gambling tools are available to all users, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limit: Sets a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once set, the limit cannot be increased for 7 days.
• Bet limit: Sets a maximum amount per individual bet, regardless of your available balance.
• Temporary break: Suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this pause, deposits, bets, and casino access are not available.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently closes access to the account. Once requested, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Any available real balance may be withdrawn prior to closure.

A 45kk is not liable for losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user on the platform. Betting on sports events and casino games involves the risk of financial loss, and the user acknowledges this risk upon creating an account.

45kk will make every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. In cases of technical downtime affecting active bets, 45kk will review each case individually and apply the fairest resolution for the user.

45kk is not liable for losses caused by events outside its control, including the user's internet failure, issues with the user's device, third-party decisions (referees, event organizers, sports governing bodies) that alter outcomes after bets have been settled, or any force majeure that prevents normal platform operation.

45kk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Minor changes — such as wording corrections, clarifications with no impact on operational terms, or contact detail updates — may be made without prior notice. The last updated date at the top of this document is always refreshed with each revision.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any available real balance.
